Arklow is a town in County Wicklow on the east coast of
Ireland. Its close proximity to Dublin has made it a thriving commuter town,
with the 2011 census putting its population at 14.080, the third largest town
in County Wicklow.

I believe that Arklow has an incredible amount of untapped
potential in terms of business, tourism, culture, sports and much more. And I
believe that Arklow Online is the perfect opportunity to promote the town both
on a national and international platform, and also make people in the town
aware of up and coming news and events that are going on in order to boost our
profile to an audience that may not have been aware of them.
Arklow has a rich history spanning hundreds of years, and
another purpose of Arklow Online is to promote that history and hopefully to
get more people interested in the origins and events that helped to shape our
town in to what made it what it is today. Look out in the future for specific
posts that delve in to defining moments that impacted not only Arklow, but
Ireland as a whole.
Arklow has so much potential for improvement and growth that
has yet not seemed to have been reached yet. Arklow online will ideally be a
new platform for businesses and up and coming talent to reach an audience that
they might not have been able to before.
